This is a brand that everyone has something to nibble on: Lorenz Snack-World is Germany's number two in salty "guilty pleasures" and the brand behind NicNac’s, Saltletts, and Crunchips. For six years, the team at Lorenz has been trying to bake something else entirely: a sustainable restructuring of their company. But how sustainable can a manufacturer of calorie-dense snacks actually become? Which "tough nuts" need to be cracked along the way?
