Junior Project Management*

Your tasks

  • Support the Project Management Director in the execution and monitoring of complex projects, as well as carry out preparatory tasks (research, organization, information sharing, creation and monitoring of timelines, appointment scheduling, and travel planning
  • Independently manage, execute, and monitor projects, both autonomously and in collaboration with the team and cross-functional interfaces
  • Organize and carry out all necessary work steps to optimize project workflows (internal and external)
  • Independently manage the professional and administrative aspects of digital projects in the areas of desktop, mobile, and apps
  • Independently prepare cost calculations, quotations, budget control, project controlling, and invoicing
  • Prepare and support production activities throughout their implementation

What you bring to the table

  • 1–2 years of experiences in project management for branding, communications, or digital projects—with independent responsibility for (smaller) projects 
  • First experiences leading interdisciplinary teams and interacting with clients and various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
  • A keen sense for brands, creative processes, and high-quality execution
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus
  • Excellent German and good English skills
